Give me a messy problem. I'll ship the thing that fixes it.

I'm an AI and product generalist. Business background, not a computer-science one — which means I ask the questions a client asks, then build the answer instead of writing a report about it.

In April I had never opened a code editor. A clothing shop in Đà Nẵng now runs its entire day on software I built.

A clothing shop runs its whole day on this

Four years of messy spreadsheets turned into one system: who to message today, which orders don't add up, where the money actually went. 78 automated checks have to pass before anything reaches the shop.

800 trips that never happened were being counted as real

Their reporting stacked one correction on top of another until nobody trusted the numbers. I built a rule that retires a corrected rule instead of piling on. It now reproduces the officially approved figures exactly.

You are a polite werewolf. Talk your way in.

Knock on doors in a Vietnamese village and argue your way inside. An AI judges whether your story held up — but code counts the points, so the AI can't be sweet-talked.

Humans and AI bots, lying to each other

You raise your own bot, give it a personality, and send it into the village. Spectators bet on who lies best. One architecture fix closed three separate bugs at once.

Built to run my own work · not for sale, just proof

I got tired of losing track, so I built the machinery.

None of these were assignments. Each one exists because something kept going wrong and I decided to fix it permanently. Together they are how one person runs a dozen projects at once.

Beyond the screen · the part that isn't code

Most of what I'm good at, I learned in a room full of people.

I run events for a living. I've spent three years getting strangers to talk to each other, in two languages, usually over a board game. That's the same skill that makes a client project work — you have to understand people before you build them anything.

Learning Japanese, badly, mostly on Tuesdays. I like showing visitors the Đà Nẵng that isn't in the guidebook.
