Tell me what's broken. One paragraph is enough.

I take a small number of projects at a time and I answer every real email within a day. If it isn't a fit I'll say so quickly and, where I can, point you somewhere better.

What to put in the first message

  • What is broken — the symptom, not the solution. "Staff spend two hours a day copying between two systems" beats "we need an API".
  • Who it hurts — you, your staff, or your customers.
  • What you already tried. Including the thing you gave up on.
  • Roughly when you need it to be working.

What happens next

I reply with either a plan, a question, or an honest no. If we go ahead: one 30-minute call, a written plan with numbers in it, and a preview link before anything goes near your live system.
