Three projects, told properly.
Not a list of fifteen logos. Three things I built end to end, each one with the problem, what I made, where the AI actually helped, and the number at the end. Everything else is in the short list below.
A clothing shop runs its whole day on this
6,874 customers and four years of order history now live in software I built for a Đà Nẵng clothing shop — and a customer profile that used to take 18 seconds to open now opens in under one.
Forty events, and the software that runs them
40+ events run in two years with teams of five to ten people — and the repetitive half of that job now runs itself, from participant matching to the reminders that go out twice a week without me.
You are a polite werewolf. Talk your way in.
66 of 66 live checks passed on launch day for a Vietnamese persuasion game where an AI judges your argument — and never gets to count the points.
Werewolf AI Arena
Humans and AI bots play social deduction together; every player trains their own bot. One architecture fix — moving the match log server-side and filtering it per viewer — closed three separate bugs at once.
Bunbae
Two phones, one deck of restaurants. Swipe together, double-tap the same place, done in under two minutes. 21 named analytics events, one north-star metric, pass numbers written before launch.
Logistic XNK — report memory
An import/export firm was counting 800 cancelled trips as real ones. I built an approval gate that retires a corrected rule instead of stacking new rules on top, and it now reproduces their approved June figures exactly.
Iris Apartment guest book
A bilingual A5 welcome book for a Đà Nẵng apartment: web-to-print PDF, real photos pulled from an open API, and a neighbourhood map screenshotted by a script so it never goes stale.
Wildcats fundraising deck
An investor deck rebuilt on a 12-slide structure with a big-bold visual style, branded end to end and handed to the founders for their raise.
The AI General Manager workspace
The operating system behind all of this: 6 specialised AI agents, 17 automated quality gates, a skill library cut from 887 tools to 522, and a live board showing every running session.
Tell me what's broken. I'll tell you if I can fix it.
